Oregon will head to the polls Tuesday to make a key decision about the school
A 2 mill
permanent improvement levy is on the ballot. The current levy runs out at the
end of the year, this measure would keep the money coming into the district for
the next five years.
the levy will cost the owner of a $100,000 home about $61 per year. And it's
not a new tax, so it won't cost any more than what taxpayers are already
generated – about $1 million – will pay for building upgrades, added security
cameras, and textbooks and technology.
