Limberios family is speaking about a major development in the investigation
into the shooting death of their son Jake.
Prosecutor Dean Henry was brought on the case in February to conduct the
criminal investigation into the death of 19-year-old Jake, but he is now out of
the picture. Coming in is Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.

Limberios family has been fighting Dr. Wukie's ruling that Jake died of an
accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound since his death in March of 2012. His
family believes someone else pulled the trigger, and the forensic pathologist
they hired, Dr. Cyril Wecht, ruled there was no scientific proof Jake could
have shot himself.
family believes Prosecutor Henry never intended to budge from the suicide
were happy because now we feel that it removes an impediment or a roadblock to
getting to the truth," said Dan McGookey, the Limberios family's attorney.
Ohio's top prosecutor, Attorney General Mike DeWine, will take over. Limberios
says he has faith in DeWine.
