Miller, 66, of Millbury, was driving a Pontiac van westbound on SR 795, near
I-280 in Lake Township.
Nontell, 50, of Toledo, was driving a Chevrolet Corsica eastbound on 795, and
attempted to turn north onto the on-ramp to I-280. Nontell failed to yield the
right-of-way to Millbury's vehicle while turning left.
