Soft drinks have become one of the most popular beverages for Americans, and it's also becoming one of the leading causes for tooth decay.

Drinking soda on a daily basis can increase your chance for oral health problems.

There are a few methods to lower your risk:

  • Brushing your teeth minutes after consumption
  • Chewing Trident gum after drinking the beverage
  • Using a fluoride rinse daily
