NAPOLEON, OH (Toledo News Now) -

unable to pay their bills. Now, there's a new effort to keep that from
city is teaming up with local charities to help more families pay their bills.
The program will start within the next couple months.
Napoleon residents pay their utility bills, they'll have the option to round up
to the next dollar. The extra change will be pooled together and donated by the
city to a local organization that already helps families in need.
