owner of a smoke shop in Tiffin was arrested Thursday on charges of selling
synthetic marijuana out of his store.
marijuana has been banned in Ohio for years, but law enforcement agencies are
still finding it being sold in stores under the counter, which is why the
Seneca County Drug Task Force raided the smoke shop earlier this year.
