FULTON COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) -

into place at the Fulton County Fairgrounds on Friday.
September 11 memorial will soon be built at the fairgrounds. The memorial will
include a walkway, roof, and plaques with a timeline and names of those who
lost their lives that day. But the community is still working to raise enough
money to build it.
