Traffic will continue to be slow-going for Toledo commuters as the giant Detroit Ave. sinkhole is fixed and the Secor Road project continues.
Crews are spending the weekend at the site of the massive sinkhole at Bancroft St. and Detroit Ave.
Utility workers and contractors are cleaning out the broken sewer and water lines and are working on filling the hole.
Northbound lanes of Detroit Ave. have reopened to traffic but southbound lanes remain closed.
They hope to have the intersection completely reopened to traffic by the end of next week.
The sinkhole swallowed a woman's car on Wednesday.
