TIFFIN, OH (Toledo News Now) -
a good thing students at Heidelberg University in Tiffin weren't walking
outside Founder's Hall during Wednesday's storm. Several tree limbs fell in the
area, but that wasn't the worst of the damage.

Elsewhere, cars were smashed by fallen trees.

Mayor Aaron Montz says the city had plans to make $170,000 in improvements to
the park, but the work was behind schedule. It turns out that was a blessing in
