New signs are pointing to some old buildings coming back
to life in downtown Toledo, especially at the corner of Jefferson and Ontario.
Built in 1890 and vacant since the 1970's, the Pythian
Castle building has been acquired by the Lucas County Land Bank, which is
teaming up with Louisville Title to secure a developer to renovate the
