heavily-traveled road in Ottawa Hills is open again. The Talmadge Road Bridge
was closed for a 45-day construction project, but that project has wrapped up.
Janney lives near the bridge and likes to ride his bike around the area. He
says the closure has been an inconvenience, but he's glad it's open now.

Lucas County Engineer's Office did the design work and inspection for the
project, which included repaving the bridge deck and painting underneath. Next
up is the Evergreen Bridge.
