TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -
Due to production issues, the Backstreet Boys concert Aug. 4 is moving from the Toledo Zoo Amphitheater to the Huntington Center downtown.
"We wanted to make sure our fans in Toledo have the chance to see our full show, just like the rest of the country. We apologize for any inconvenience," said the Backstreet Boys.
All fans that purchased tickets for the Toledo Zoo Amphitheater concert will be given the opportunity to exchange their tickets for comparable seats at the new venue. Ticket exchanges have begun and will continue through the day of the show.
Ticket exchange options for existing ticket holders:
-Anyone who purchased online at Ticketmaster or through the Ticketmaster phone number will automatically have their tickets exchanged by Ticketmaster via e-mail.
-If you purchased from a Ticketmaster Outlet, you must exchange at that outlet.
-If you purchased at the Toledo Zoo Box Office or won tickets through local promotions, you must exchange your ticket at the Huntington Center Box Office.
The Huntington Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., plus the weekend when there is an event that day. The box office is located at 500 Jefferson Ave. in downtown Toledo.
