at Terra Community College are getting ready to enjoy an expanded dining area
and a new culinary lab.
will begin this fall on the second floor of Building B. The college board
approved a $3.6 million construction bid for the 3-phase renovation of the
building, which will add and expand services for students.
B was the original facility for Terra Community College. Some aspects of the
building need updated to follow safety code, and the heating and cooling system
is in need of major upgrades.

infrastructure for the facility," said Randy McCullough, vice president of
Financial Affairs for the college.
first phase of the project will bring the building up to code, but the majority
of the work will focus on the second floor, where the current dining area will
be expanded to hold almost three times as many people as it does now.
