Dewayne Thompson, wanted in the wounding and kidnapping of 17-year-old Katelyn Beard, has been captured by Jackson Police. He was taken into custody around 5:45 in west Jackson near where Beard's vehicle was found earlier today.

Zatkoff's Seals and Packings is being built on Technology Drive. Zatkoff's is a
family-owned business with eight other locations in three states. They buy
mostly automotive goods from suppliers, then pack them to sell to their
currently employ 19 people in Lucas County. The new facility will preserve
those jobs and create about five more over the next few years.
