buildings and a lack of space are prompting leaders at Liberty Center Schools
to look to the future. They want to build a new facility, but want to hear from
officials say the public's input is very important in this process, so they're
getting them involved early.
survey is up online, asking residents what changes they want to see in the
district. Leaders say they want to know if there's more support for building
upgrades and additions, or a completely new facility. They also want to know
what location people prefer, and if they'd be willing to support a levy.
take those results, look at an alternate location, investigate having the
building here at this location, and then we begin having community meetings,"
said Superintendent Kristi Thompson.
says they plan to ask voters to approve a levy in May to fund the project.
