The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating
after a car drove into a house Saturday afternoon.
Troopers say Thomas A. Bosse, Age 45, of Perrysburg was driving north on State
Route 199 when he went off the right side of the road. His car struck a fence that
was surrounding a pool before striking the house.
The accident caused the house to go up in
The accident happened in Troy Township in Wood
County on Ohio 199, between Anderson Road and Dowling Road.
Several fire departments had
to be called out to put out the flames.
The driver of the car was
taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
One person was in the
house and two people were in the pool. None of them were injured.
Troopers say alcohol is
believed to be a factor in the accident.
