EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -
A home health care aide has been indicted for raping a woman under his care.
David Orr has been indicted on 17 charges, including rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition.
Euclid Police conducted the investigation, and found Orr had been hired as a health aide to take care of a woman at her home on Euclid Avenue. Records show that over a four-month period, police believe Orr sexually assaulted the woman on nearly a daily basis.
Orr, whom had been wanted on a warrant, was arrested and made his first court appearance on Monday morning. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
