NORTH BALTIMORE, OH (Toledo News Now) -
North Baltimore police officer has been reprimanded after he publicly yelled at
a woman for leaving her child in the car.
the complaint the woman filed with the police department, she left her
2-year-old son in a car outside a grocery store while she ran inside to get a
can of beef. The report says she left the air conditioner on and was only in
the store for two minutes. She heard her name being called over the store
she walked outside, the report says an officer started screaming at her. Police
Chief Allen Baer says the woman said she felt scared and belittled because of
the officer's actions.
