SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -
A Toledo business is making a move to the suburbs.
North Design has purchased 10-acres of land and has big plans for the business.
David Woodward is the President of North Design, a branding and design firm currently located in downtown Toledo.
The 40-year-old business owner is preparing to move his company to Springfield Township soon though.
Woodward purchased property at 18-hundred Perrysburg-Holland Rd. with the idea of expanding and adding an additional one thousand square feet to the structure.
A new parking lot will be added as well as, and a new entrance onto the road.
Woodward says the company currently has 10 employees, but they are hoping to grow.
"We're going to rehab and remodel the existing structure. We are actually going to add on roughly 1,000 square feet, so we can accommodate 15-20 employees at our full-size to accommodate some growth," said Mr. Woodward.
North Design is hoping to break ground in the spring.
