Dog House Pub and Grub on Lewis Avenue in Toledo had four violations: build up
in the ice machine, the front door was propped open, and flies were reported in
news if you're a fan of the Arby's on Alexis Road. It had no violations during
its inspection early this month. Same goes for Downtown Latte on South St.
Clair in Toledo.
Hot Ready Freddy/Armore Pizzeria on Broadway had five violations. Hand soap
wasn't available for use in the kitchen, no dates were marked on select foods,
no one working during the inspection was food safety certified, and a door was
