Back-up number for ACA enrollment

Posted: Updated:
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

There are a few glitches with the new Affordable Care Act website at www.healthcare.gov according to health care experts.

Nearly 1 million uninsured Arizonans are eligible to enroll in the ACA beginning today, and in order for those signing up not to be discouraged when they encounter these delays a toll free number has been provided.

Arizonans who encounter problems with the website can call 1-800-318-2596 or get help through a community health center.  The community health center can be reached by going online to www.aachc.org or call (602) 253-0090 to find a center closest to them.

The problems with the website should be cleared up by November, according to health care experts.
