OTTAWA COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) -
Benton-Carroll-Salem (BCS) school board officials are working to close a deal
on Graytown Elementary School, located off Walker Street in Graytown.
building and the three acres it sits on will become the property of Northpoint
Education Service Center, a group based out of Sandusky. The center plans to
open a preschool, and provide training for teachers and academically gifted
students, among others.
school was sold for $8,000, and it's one of three local schools administrators
closed over the last few years due to a lack of funding.
Guy Parmigian says while the sticker price may seem low, they wanted to make
sure the company moving in still met the needs of the students and community.

said. "On the other side of the coin, we are partners in educating our kids. We
