black bear was reportedly seen this week in Ottawa County, near the Dempsey Boat
Ramp in Danbury Township.
Tuesday night, township resident April Keller called police while driving past
the boat ramp area. She says, without a doubt, she saw a black bear. She
described it as a large, dark-furred animal with a short, stubby tail.
