Dewayne Thompson, wanted in the wounding and kidnapping of 17-year-old Katelyn Beard, has been captured by Jackson Police. He was taken into custody around 5:45 in west Jackson near where Beard's vehicle was found earlier today.

St. Charles Hospital is celebrating 60 years of health, healing and wellness in
the Oregon community.
years ago, the hospital created a healing garden to celebrate their 50th
anniversary. Now, they're re-dedicating it. The garden was constructed for
patents and family members to have a place to reflect while visiting the
hospital. A blessing at the garden was held for the 60th anniversary.
hospital also gave away 200 free flu shots to the community on a first come,
first serve basis as part of the celebration.

patients who have been part of its history.
