Shoppers and thousands of "good buddies" headed to The Shops at Fallen Timbers in Maumee on Sunday.
The 12th annual "Buddy Walk" took place there.
It was sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo.
There were 2,000 walkers as $32,000 was raised to support local Down Syndrome programs.
"We have roughly 450 families that are actual members of our organization. We know there's more out there. We urge them to come and check us out," said Association member, Richard Harris.
The "Buddy Walk" was sponsored in part by WTOL 11.
