Jonathan Johnson, who pleaded guilty to the 2012 murder of a Toledo man, appeared in court Tuesday morning for his sentencing, only to have the court date pushed back.
Johnson killed Jonathon Morris during a robbery at the Ravine Park Village last October. He was found guilty on Oct. 3.
His trial has been pushed back to Oct. 29.
Two other men involved in the case have already been sentenced. Chaz Jackson was sentenced to four years in prison, and Andrew Goetz received a six-year sentence.
