Jeep has begun shipping all new Cherokee models built in Toledo to dealerships around the country.
The automaker confirmed shipments began Monday.
Jeep started building the all-new vehicles at the Toledo North Assembly plant in June, with hopes of beginning shipments sometime late in the summer. Software problems with the SUV's transmission delayed shipments until Tuesday.
Jeep rolled out 850 of the new vehicles Monday. Local dealerships began seeing them on their lots Wednesday.
