The man found guilty of shooting his ex-girlfriend and fatally shooting her mother was sentenced Friday morning.
A jury convicted Calvin Dixson of aggravated murder Thursday, saying he shot his ex-girlfriend, Tyeesha Snowden, and fatally shot her mother, Lisa Stowers, in Fostoria back in July. Stowers, 50, was pronounced dead at the scene after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. Snowden, 36, was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries, but survived.
After found guilty of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder Thursday, Dixson was sentenced to life in prison without parole Friday.
