Roller coaster enthusiasts enjoyed their last ride of the season on the Beast roller coaster at Kings Island on Sunday, October 27.
The longest wooden roller coaster in the world will be joined by the longest inverted roller coaster in the world, "Banshee," when Kings Island opens for the 2014 season in April.
The Banshee will be the first female-inspired thrill ride at a Cedar Fair Entertainment amusement park. The new roller coaster will send riders screaming through 4124.1 feet of track and seven mind-bending inversions at speeds up to 68 miles per hour.
Gold and Platinum season passes for the 2014 season are on sale online at visitkingsisland.com
