TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -
A 12-year-old student has been arrested after police say he made a threat to the Toledo Maritime Academy.
Police say the student left a voicemail at the school stating that he "hated the school and everyone there" and that he "was going to kill" a teacher and "everyone there."
According to police, the voicemail was left sometime Friday evening but not heard by a school employee until Monday morning. When an employee heard the voicemail Monday morning, the student's voice was recognized. School employees called police, who tracked down and arrested the student.
The student is charged with making a terroristic threat.
