Vice President Joe Biden stopped by North Baltimore's CSX Northwest Ohio Intermodal Terminal Wednesday to talk about investing in the nation's railways, ports, and highways.
Biden says an investment in those areas will help the nation add jobs and bolster the middle class.
Department of Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx was also in attendance Wednesday.
The Intermodal Terminal connects freight moving between the Midwest and East Coast. It's located about 30 miles south of Toledo. The vice president toured the facility and praised its workers.

country, and we're ready to compete."
