ROSSFORD, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Rossford's mayor is asking the community for help aiding two families who lost everything in a duplex fire earlier this week.

All 11 people, including five children, who lived inside were evacuated a few hours before the flames erupted for a second time. The building, located on Glenwood Road, had to be demolished.

The Red Cross is assisting the families with food and clothing, but more items are still needed:

-Girls size 1 and 2 pants
-Girls small and medium tops
-Boys size 14 pants with an adjustable waist band and no metal buckles
-Boys medium and large shirts and T-shirts
-Boys medium and large underwear
-Boys size 10 slim pants
-Men's medium shirts
-Women's medium coat
-Gift cards

Donations can be dropped off at the municipal building in Rossford. Gift cards can be left at the front desk.
