Insider has named the city of Toledo the seventh "most hungover" city in
The list is based on the number of bars in a city and the
percentage of residents who admitted to binge drinking.
According to the list, the glass city is home to 7.2 bars
per 10,000 households and 17.1 percent of residents said they binge drink. The
CDC defines binge drinking as having five or more drinks in one sitting for
men, and four or more drinks in one sitting for women.
Ohio dominates the list, with five cities in the top 25.
Akron came in at number six, with 5.8 bars per 10,000 households and 20.4
percent binge drinkers. Cleveland ranked number 11, Cincinnati 16 and Columbus
rounded out the Buckeye state's appearances on the list at 18.
