FOSTORIA, OH (Toledo News Now) -
in Fostoria say they found a Pit Bull mix tied to a tree near a local park, but
they don't know who tied him there or when.
say they found the dog in a wooded area behind Foundation Park. They
took to Facebook, asking for answers on how the dog came to be abandoned
there with no food or water.
