HUMBOLDT, TN -

(WMC-TV) - A Humboldt, Tenn., man is the newest addition to Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list.

Albert Jones Smith, Jr., is wanted on a first degree murder charge stemming from the shooting death of 20-year-old Titus Middlebrook.

Middlebrook was shot and killed December 1, 2013, as he was driving in Humboldt. The circumstances surrounding the death are still under investigation.

Smith, Jr. has a criminal history consisting of violence and drug-related charges. He is a possible gang member and is said to be armed and dangerous. His last known address is 2711 Vine Street in Humboldt, Tenn.

Smith, Jr. is an African-American man with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 187 pounds.
