On Saturday, January 4, at about 8:30 a.m., Cleveland Police responded to an address in the 10400 block of Meech Avenue, near East 93rd and Harvard, for a male found lying face down in the snow.
Apparently a security guard headed in to begin a shift at the Eagle Auto Parts Company found the victim and called police.
Shortly after arrival, officers alerted EMS, who report that the victim suffered from head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The CPD Homicide Unit and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were notified and are investigating the details surrounding the male's death.
The unidentified victim is described as a black male in his 30s.
The official cause of death will be determined by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office.
