A man convicted of murder will stay behind bars following a decision by The Alabama Board of Pardons to again reject his parole request.
Willie Tyrone Jackson was convicted of murdering Alisa Roberts in 1992.
Roberts was shot to death as she left work at a Chuck E Cheese restaurant in June of that year.
Roberts was hit by a stray bullet fired during an argument.
Jackson will be eligible for parole again in 2019.
