LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man is charged with sexual abuse after he gave an "unwanted and unsolicited hug" to a woman.
An arrest warrant states that on January 4 Juan Utrera, 62, grabbed the woman and hugged her forcefully. The hug caused bruising to the woman's back.
The woman said Utrera then began to kiss and fondle her. She told him to stop a number of times before she finally left the residence.
According to police, Utrera and the woman were long time friends and she at his home to pick up scrap metal.
Utrera was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for unemployment benefits fraud. The warrant says that between January and March 2010, Utrera failed to report wages he earned to prevent a reduction in unemployment benefits.
