A Hopkinsville man faces charges after his dog was left outside and froze to death.
Investigators said Joshua Williams abandoned his dog in poor weather conditions and didn't give it proper shelter.
The animal was found dead early Tuesday morning outside his home on Bryan Street.
This isn't Williams' first run in with the law.
He's been in and out of jail for driving under the influence and growing marijuana. He now faces animal cruelty charges.
