CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
According to an ESPN report, Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins would be open to a trade. If he does end up going on the market, the Browns will likely be discussed as a possible destination.
Cleveland would make sense for two reasons. First, they need a quarterback and have extra draft picks to trade for one. Also, they are close to signing Cousin's former offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. That move could be made official as soon as Monday.
Cousins is viewed as somebody that can be a starter in the league by some, but it won't be with Washington because of Robert Griffin III.
