PERRYSBURG, OH (Toledo News Now) -
One Penta teacher could be terminated because of inappropriate communication with students.
The Penta School Board calls Lisa Bell's actions "inappropriate and unprofessional."
At a board meeting last week, Bell was suspended without pay. According to a school board resolution, Bell is accused of communicating with students in a confrontational and intimidating manner, using inappropriate language and conduct in front of students, as well as on DECA field trips. She is also accused of sharing students' test scores with other students, playing inappropriate music in the classroom and failing to submit a checklist of required bank deposits.
Bell was warned in November 2012 and March 2011 about her "disrespectful behavior."
Officials are considering terminating her contract.
