Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol released a 25-page crash report from a
fatal accident that occurred Sunday morning.
are still trying to figure out exactly what went wrong before 20-year-old
Bianca Bepler, from Canal Winchester, OH, was found inside a car submerged in
Otter Creek on Sunday.
say the car had been submerged in the water for several hours because ice had
reformed around it. They think Bepler crashed through the guardrail and landed
upside down in the creek.
investigation has revealed that Bepler was driving 60 miles-per-hour in a 35
miles-per-hour zone. They say she had her seatbelt on during the time of the
crash and she was not using her cell phone, which was in her back pocket.
