NAPOLEON, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Two Henry County plow drivers were honored for their work to get an ambulance to the hospital during a heavy snow storm on Friday.

Nick Miller and Nick Proudfoot were given certificates of appreciation by the Ohio Department of Transportation. The two cleared a path for an ambulance during heavy snow last month.

"It made a great difference on a personal level and a professional level. I really appreciate what ODOT and the two drivers did for us that morning," said ProMedica Paramedic Michael Fox.

"We were out there all winter and similar conditions so it was just another day at the office I guess," said Henry County plow driver Nick Miller.
