PARMA, OH (WOIO) -

A 31-year-old mother is in custody Saturday, March 15, 2014 and her two-month old daughter is at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital with a fractured skull.

Jessica Gunderman of Parma is charged with felonious assault and child endangerment.

Detectives with the Parma Police Department confirm they were called to a residence just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13.

The infant was immediately rushed for medical care.

Gunderman will be arraigned in Parma Municipal Court Monday, March 17, 2014 and is being held on a $200,000 bond.

This just three and a half weeks after she appeared before a judge and was indicted for another case of aggravated felonious assault.

She was sentenced to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, have her mental health assessed, complete an anger management program and participate and successfully complete a parenting and a domestic violence program, amongst other court orders.

Gunderson was declared to be "indigent" which is impoverished and lacking the basic necessities of life.

She appeared in front of the same judge for other numerous menacing and assault cases in 2013.
