(WMC-TV) - Makeshift memorials are placed all over Memphis and Shelby County; one in honor of baby Aniston continues to grow, but it is to the point that a long, well-respected Millington business is in a sensitive situation.

From jelly to tomatoes, fresh and local produce attracts people from all over the Mid-South to Jones Orchard, which has been in business on Highway 51 since 1940. A second, seasonal location on Singleton Parkway is set to open when the strawberries come in, but there is a problem.

"We're sympathetic with the situation, and we want to do what's appropriate, but we just don't know what's appropriate. We would like for somebody to step forward and do whatever needs to be done," said Jones Orchard owner Juanita Jones.

The roadside memorial to Aniston Walker started the day after the infant, who went missing at 7 weeks old, was found dead in a nearby ditch. The day the memorial began was the day investigators charged her mother with murder.

Jones does not want to offend anyone, but in order to open a market the memorial will have to move out by the time the strawberries come in.

"It is a very sad situation," said Jones.

Jones spoke with a city official, but no decision has been made on how to handle the matter.
