a lot safer for everybody to actually know that they can get to and from where
they're at to here a lot safer without being worried about being ran off the
road by a driver that doesn't see them or something like that," said Geoff
Gresham, who rides his bike along the stretch daily.
The project will begin on April 7 and is
expected to be completed by the end of October.
