(WMC-TV) - If you are looking for a job, now is the time to get your resume out to potential employers. Raleigh United Methodist Church lined up a list of employers and recruiters for what they are calling a "super jobs fair."
When the "super jobs fair" kicks off Tuesday, be ready to see long lines and people eager to get hired.
At the last job fair held by Raleigh United Methodist Church, 1,500 people showed up. Organizers say more than 30 companies are scheduled to be there to take applications this time around.
"Comcast, we got FedEx, we got Gibson Guitar," said Ted Hoteling, who organized the job fair.
Organizers say it is always a good idea to show up with your resume and a good attitude. Remember that dressing for success can help you make a better impression.
Job seekers will get the chance to apply for skilled and non-skilled positions.
Recruiters say the people they hire will have several things in common.
"That teamwork attitude and that commitment to quality," said Gibson Guitar recruiter Edna Parish. "Quality is the key. And that is the kind of commitment job seekers hope to project."
Your chance to participate in the job fair begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday and runs through 1 p.m.
