MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Sunday matchup between the Montgomery Biscuits and the Birmingham Barons that was postponed until Monday morning is being pushed back again.

Gates will now open at 2:30 p.m. Monday and the games will start at 3:05 p.m. Officials continue to monitor the changing weather situation.

The Grand Slam School Day promotion that was set for Monday at 10:30 a.m. was canceled. Parents who purchased tickets for the game can exchange their ticket for the date that their child's school comes out. Schools are in the process of rescheduling this event and will provide information as soon as it is available.

The game was postponed Sunday due to unplayable conditions due to the rain in the Montgomery area. The two teams were set to play a doubleheader on Monday starting at 10:35 a.m., but continued inclement weather forced the teams to push the games back even further.

The two games will be seven-inning games.

Any fan who has a ticket for Sunday's game can exchange their ticket at the Biscuits' box office for any 2014 regular season game.
