A new recall could put both you and your baby at risk.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled 800,000 Summer Infant video monitors because the rechargeable battery can overheat and rupture, posing a burn hazard.

The units being recalled were sold between 2010 and 2012 at major retailers like Walmart, Target, Babies "R" Us, even Amazon.

Consumers can contact Summer Infant at 800-426-8627 or online for more information on battery replacement.
