"Throughout these, you know especially this past winter, a lot of roads took a lot of damage, so what we try to do here in Springfield, we like to work in coordinates in the township where we don't necessarily spread out the work. We will work in one area, and then the following year we will move to a different area in the township," said Springfield Township Director of Public Service Mike Hampton.

The majority of the costs will be paid by the township. Lucas County will also be contributing.
